Hoy fue
un día largo. Yo llegué al aeropuerto a las 14h00, pero el vuelo no despegó
hasta las 18h00. Así que, en el aeropuerto, yo usé la Red mucho porque sabía
que no tendría servicio por tres semanas. Pero, eventualmente, este no fue
divertido, así yo hablé con otras personas y compré jugo de mango y un muffín.
Jugué con la baraja de cartas con mis amigos, y yo perdí L Pero no tuve tiempo para llorar,
porque una persona anunció que nuestro vuelo iba a embarcar.
Today was a long day. I arrived at the airport at two, but
the flight didn’t depart until six. So, in the airport, I used the Internet as
much as possible because I wouldn’t have service for three weeks. Though
eventually this was no longer fun, so I talked with other people and bought
mango juice and a muffin. I played cards with my friends, and lost. But I
didn't have time to cry, because someone announced we had to board our flight.
En el
vuelo, yo senté con Dan originalmente, pero yo cambié mi asiento con Nick para que pueda tener espacio para sus
piernas y yo pude sentarme con mi amiga Mallory. Mallory y yo vimos “You’ve Got
Mail” en el vuelo, pero yo me di cuenta que yo vi la película antes. Aun la vi,
porque la película es clásica.
On the flight, I sat with Dan originally, but I switched seats
with Nick so he could have space for his legs and so I could sit next to my
friend Mallory. Mallory and I saw “You’ve Got Mail” on the plane, but I
realized I have seen the movie before. I still watched it, because the movie is
a classic.
Después
del vuelo, yo comí comida horrible que consistió de pollo, arroz, verduras
flojos, y una ensalada desabrida. Yo comí rápido porque quise el asistente de
vuelo a regresar mi comida. Siguiente, vi el “Great Gatsby”. Esta película me sorprendió…
es una buena película porque tiene una estilo diferente al libro y esto hace a
la película más original, pero al mismo tiempo esto hace que la película
aparezca menos seria. Leí mi libro, “Panic”, después, pero me quedé dormida
mientras leía. Me desperté 10 minutos más tarde, porque hubo turbulencia.
Eventualmente, el avión aterrizó.
After the flight, I ate horrible food that consisted of
chicken, rice, mushy vegetables, and a bland salad. I ate quickly because I
wanted the flight attendant to return my food. Next, I saw the “Great Gatsby”.
This movie surprised me… it was a good movie because it has a different style
of editing and this made the movie more unique, but at the same time the
editing made the editing seem less serious. I read my book “Panic” after, but I
fell asleep while reading. I woke up 10 minutes later, because the flight had
turbulence and the plane was landing.
Entonces,
nosotros tuvimos que ir en nuestro vuelo a Madrid de Portugal. Nosotros
esperamos en una cola para pasaportes, tomamos un autobús al avión, y volamos a
Madrid sin problemas. El vuelo fue corto, y o estaba leyendo todo el tiempo.
Después, aterrizamos en el aeropuerto de Barajas y nosotros recuperamos
nuestras maletas y 2 estudiantes nos guiaron por el Metro en nuestra aventura del
aeropuerto a nuestro hotel. El hotel no es grande, pero es muy moderno y
elegante, con los colores rojo, blanco, y negro en los cuartos solamente.
Siguiente, yo me duché, porque hacia mucho calor en Madrid así sudo mucho.
Then, we had to go to our flight from Madrid to Portugal. We
waited in a line so they could check our passports, took a bus to the plane,
and flew to Madrid without problems. The flight was short, and I read the whole
time. After, we retrieved our suitcases and two students led us on the subwau for an adventure
from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is not big, but is very modern and
elegant, with only the colors red, white, and black in the rooms. Next, I
showered, because it is very hot in Madrid so I sweat a lot.
Nosotros caminamos a un restaurante entonces; yo pedí pollo y chocolatisimo. Después, tomamos el metro al estadio Santiago Bernabéu y vimos donde juega el Real Madrid y Ronaldo. ¡Fue increíble – el estadio y campo eran enormes!
We walked to a restaurant next; I ordered chicken and a chocolate dish there. After, we took the metro to Santiago Bernabeu stadium y saw where Real Madrid and Ronalado play. It was incredible – the stadium and field are enormous!
Finalmente, nosotros terminamos el día con chuches y una cena en la Plaza Sol, y yo pedí pollo otra vez. Ahora, tengo sueño, y estoy cansada a causa del jetlag, así que me dormiré.
Finally, we finished the day with dinner with sweets and a dinner in the Plaza Sol, and I ordered chicken another time. Now, I am tired and jetlagged, so I will sleep.
